2. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services whatsoever. No profiling takes place. The language selection (German/English) works without any cookie, based solely on the language preference your browser transmits. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
3. Hosting (Vercel) and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access the site, Vercel, acting as a processor, processes technically necessary access data (server log files), in particular: anonymised/truncated IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser type and version. This processing is necessary for the secure and stable delivery of the website.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technically error-free and secure delivery). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. As Vercel may also process data in the USA, any transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; Vercel is additionally certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Fonts
Fonts are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts); no personal data is transferred to third parties in the process.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The contact form submits your input to a serverless function at our host (Vercel), which turns it into an email and sends it via the mail server of our German provider STRATO to our mailbox info@thelastmanual911turbo.com. No additional third-party services (such as external form or newsletter providers) are involved. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. We retain your enquiry until it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above.
